Culver`s of Shorewood in Milwaukee

Not happy !!I asked for a butter burger with everything but mayo and extra onions. I got four little pieces of onion and a big hunk of what looks like onion skin. My onion rings appeared to have been cooked in old oil or either they were old and they were not even warm. My drink was a strawberry shake they gave me a lid as if I had a sundae with whipped cream with the wide opening for the lid. I had to go back to the counter and ask for a regular lid to close up my shake. Not happy I was really looking forward to enjoying my Culver's.

I love going to that culver, but today i went there and my 2 burgers were a bit cold.it was around 5pm. But i still love this culver

The Culver's team member went out of their way (new gloves & cleaned the machine beforehand) to ensure no milk cross-contamination when I ordered the raspberry lemon freeze--a delicious sweet/sour treat 😁. She was knowledgeable and upfront with the allergen risk of the fryer. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also very clean.

The workers here are super lazy!!!! I don’t know why I even continue to patronize this Culver’s. My order is ALWAYS incorrect every time I go there.

The Hot fudge Sunday was great.

It was the best experience in enjoying a delicious bacon Deluxe. Everything about it was " Perfect !!! " pickle slice tomatoes, onions... Etc. Thank You. I finally had that sandwich like you see on television and then dream about. Complete Satisfaction . again THANK YOU AND KEEP IT UP. 😄👍

Culver's always had the best custard. Usually busy here from 5-8 so sometimes it's worth getting out of you car and ordering inside. Especially if you just want ice cream

Went here today at a particularly busy time, honestly expected the food to be a little old or off but didn’t care Bc I was set on cheese curds. Anyway, the food was hot (cheese curds damn near burned my tongue but were so good so who cares), and the people here had a really nice disposition despite the rush. Also try some of their soup it’s so good!!

Love their burgers and fries. Fast service too. The custard is addictive. Tastes so good it's worth the extra workout you'll need.

The lines are always long but I received the food that I ordered almost immediately. I ordered for all five of my family members and paid $72 for food and ice cream, great experience.

They’re so fast and efficient here. Never once have they messed up my order and it’s always worth the wait! Love Culver’s and this location!

The food tastes good. What stops me from making this a favorite place is the price (this isn't a fast food joint) and the wait for the food to be individually cooked. But, isn't that what you want for your food? And the prices are definitely getting more competitive.

Absolutely Amazing Job This Particular Culver's Has Done Since Covid-19 Started! I can honestly say I believe it is one of the safest places to grab fast food from in this entire city of the Greater Milwaukee Area! & Our Entire Family Thanks All The Service Providers For Their Diligence! I saw the line going down the street and was about to turn around but culvers has never made me wait very long so i stayed. I got my food in 13 minutes. And thats from being in a long line down past corner bakery. Mcdonalds could never! When i placed my order i got my food not even 5 minutes later. Nice and hot. Culvers you do it right!

Fast and friendly service. Food is always the freshest! No other "fast food" chain is comparable. When the drive thru line is long don't worry pull in cause they don't play. You'll still be served fast.

A homegrown Wisconsin chain, quick food made fresh to order and not too fast. Of course they are known for great butter burgers and delicious cheese curds, my favorite is the amazing breaded pork tenderloin sandwich, I like it with mayo and extra pickles. Tasty fries and onion rings are just as easy to get as soups, salads, and a plethora of other yummy sides. And you can't forget their stupendous frozen custard, besides chocolate, vanilla, and the flavor of the day be sure to check out the freezers for previous leftover flavors in pints.

I was blown away by the service I received at Culver’s the other day! Amidst the pandemic, Culver’s is only offering curbside pickup and drive thru options. When I arrived yesterday (at around 2:30PM MIND YOU!) the line was out of the parking lot and backed up into the left turn lane as well as a lane of people trying to turn right into the parking lot. With probably 25+ cars in front of me I was NOT excited to sit in line, but I was out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes! Food was delicious, warm and, EVERY employee was kind and patient despite the chaos. Thank you Culver’s for making this experience WAY better than I could have thought waiting in a drive thru line would be.

Waited in line for a simple drink order for 30 minutes only to recieve no service. After a staff member asked for an order, they were extremely slow. However, the food was decent but the service was obviously lacking communication or a plan because of their timing to respond to customers. I waited here for about 30 minutes in total for a milkshake and a chicken tender meal.

Always love the 3 piece fish dinner. Substituting mashed potatoes for fries and salad for slaw makes it a perfect meal for me. I'm not happy to have a crunchy burger. Grilled yes. Overcooked no.

Ordered the Colby Pub burger, a double, through the drive through. Only a few minutes wait even though it was very busy. Burger was amazing. Staff very friendly.

Walked up, but dining room was clised, DriveThru only. They were efficient , fast and friendly. They came out to cars to take orders and did the same for me. I sat on the outdoor patio. Nice atmosphere.

If Culver's isn't on your list of best burgers, then throw away your list and start over. Then there's all those great sides. And don't forget the custard. Top it off with some of the friendliest service you'll find anywhere. Slam dunk.

One of the only fast food places in all of Milwaukee that ALWAYS gets my order right. Food always tastes fresh, and the drive through attendants are always great. Glad to see consistency with good food and service.

Culver's is one of those restaurants that strives to make you experience one of a kind. Their delicious be utter burgers, custard, and choice of sides, and beverages are a great combination to add onto any day full of just about any kind of obligations. The customer service is great and they go I it of their way to accommodate your needs in any way they can! O love Culver's and the environment there is like no other. I am always "welcomed to delicious"! 😋.

Culver's was very good. Had the grilled chicken sandwich with broccoli as my side. Not usually a fast food type restaurant customer but I am impressed with Culver's.

They made our butter burgers plain but didn't send any condiments in the bag even they also didn't send out a fry that's was to come with the baskets. It was fast but the end result was rotten!!!!
